The backup power supply of the feeder requires the to use 4x AA batteries.
How big is the food storage hopper of the feeder?
The capacity of the food storage hopper on the feeder is 4L, and it can hold 2.5-3 kg of cat food when full (up to 20 days capacity).
Can the feeder be taken apart and cleaned?
Yes absolutely! The ceramic bowl, bowl holder, and barrel (excluding the lid) can be washed directly in water, and the rest of the parts can be wiped with a wet paper towel.
Can you put wet food in the feeder?
No. The feeders cannot accept wet food. You must use either dry or freeze-dried cat or dog kibble in the hopper.
What is the material of the bowl?
The bowl is ceramic material.
